Being local, we've always used Rust's for our flooring, but for some reason we decided to use a franchise, maybe we just fancied a change! However, we're now back at Rust's who have replaced our kitchen flooring which was so badly fitted by the other company and turned out to be poor quality. We'll never change again - we're sticking with Rust's.

We asked Jim to replace the carpet in our master bedroom. He came out and measured up and had the carpet delivered and fitted when he said they would. The carpet is so nice and having gone for the highest quality underlay it has made it feel better than I could have hoped for. Nice one Jim and the team.

What a Fantastic team. Great advice and nothing was too much trouble. Very little disruption even though fitting our new office carpet was carried out during the day. The fitters were quick and even tidied up. We would be happy to recommend Jim and his team.
